Terms of Service
Last updated July 28, 2026
These Terms govern your use of LedgerLink. By creating an account or connecting a service, you agree to them.
The service
LedgerLink reads completed payments from a payment processor you connect and records them on the matching customer in a CRM you connect. Access to your payments is read-only; LedgerLink cannot charge cards, issue refunds, or move funds.
Your accounts
You must own, or be authorized to connect, the processor and CRM accounts you link. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for complying with the terms of the processor and CRM you use.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for outages, changes, or data originating from third-party processors or CRMs.
Fees
Fees, if any, will be as agreed in your order form or subscription plan. Pilot participation may be provided at no charge for an agreed period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using LedgerLink and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or to comply with law.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LedgerLink operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
